04 · Niche & positioning designer
Identify a real audience at the intersection of capability, motivation and commercial demand. This is a business-planning exercise, not a validated market test.
Three growth pathways
Build a reputation for excellent work and a consistent pipeline.
Build trusted relationships with HR and leadership development teams.
Test workshops, group coaching and learning formats before scaling.
05 · Pricing, capacity & sustainability
Experiment with package fee, session count, client volume and total work involved. Defaults are illustrative planning inputs, not market-rate recommendations.
The 1:1:1 reality check
The manuscript recommends thinking of each hour of coaching as one hour preparation, one hour client contact and one hour reflection. The model allows you to adjust these assumptions. Financial projections exclude taxes unless you enter a provision and do not establish actual business profitability.
06 · Coaching practice self-diagnostic
Rate each statement from 1 (not yet consistently demonstrated) to 5 (strong and repeatable). These ratings are reflections, not a certified psychometric assessment.
